TimerGlass is developed by ArgentGlass Lab, an independent developer. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how TimerGlass handles your data.
Data Collection
TimerGlass does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All data, including exposure history, favorite films, and custom film settings, is stored locally on your device only.
Photo Library Access
TimerGlass can generate a shareable “exposure card” image. If you choose “Save Image” from the system share sheet, TimerGlass requests add-only access to your photo library, used solely to save that image. TimerGlass never reads, browses, or accesses your existing photos, and never uploads or transmits any image.
Notifications & Live Activities
With your permission, TimerGlass sends local notifications to alert you when an exposure timer finishes, and displays a live countdown on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island (Live Activities). These are generated entirely on your device; no push server is involved and no data leaves your device.
No Analytics or Tracking
TimerGlass does not use any analytics services, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. No usage data is sent to any server.
Offline by Design
Core features work entirely offline: calculating exposures, running the timer and storing your data never need a network connection. A few optional actions you start yourself may hand off to another app or open a webpage — opening the companion MeterGlass app through a local URL scheme, which passes only the film's ISO, or its App Store page if it is not installed. These happen only when you tap, and TimerGlass uploads no personal data.
Data Storage
Exposure history, favorites, custom films, and custom filters are stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. App preferences (such as language, appearance, haptics, the last-used settings and the last selected film) are stored locally using standard system storage (UserDefaults). This data is not backed up to any external server. You can delete all app data by uninstalling the app.
Local Export & Import
You can export and import your exposure history and custom films as files on your device, through the system share sheet or the Files app. This is entirely local and always started by you; TimerGlass does not upload these files to any server.
Third-Party Services
TimerGlass does not integrate any third-party services or SDKs.
Children's Privacy
TimerGlass does not collect any data from any user, including children under 13.

If this privacy policy is updated, the changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

在您授权后，TimerGlass 会在曝光计时结束时发送本地通知提醒您，并可在锁定屏幕和灵动岛上显示实时倒计时（实时活动）。这些内容完全在您的设备上生成，不涉及任何推送服务器，任何数据都不会离开您的设备。
无分析或追踪
TimerGlass 不使用任何分析服务、广告 SDK 或追踪工具。不会向任何服务器发送使用数据。
默认离线
核心功能完全离线：曝光计算、计时与数据存储都不需要网络连接。少数由你主动触发的操作可能会跳转到其他应用或网页——例如通过本地 URL scheme 打开配套的 MeterGlass（仅传递胶片的 ISO），或在未安装时打开它的 App Store 页面。这些只在你点击时发生，TimerGlass 不会上传任何个人数据。
数据存储
曝光历史、收藏、自定义胶片和自定义滤镜使用 Apple SwiftData 框架存储在您的设备上。应用偏好设置（如语言、外观、触感反馈、上次使用的参数与上次选中的胶片等）使用标准系统存储（UserDefaults）保存在本地。这些数据不会备份到任何外部服务器。卸载应用即可删除所有应用数据。
本地导出与导入
你可以通过系统分享面板或「文件」应用，把曝光历史与自定义胶片导出为文件，也可以随时导入恢复。整个过程完全在本地进行，且始终由你主动发起；TimerGlass 不会把这些文件上传到任何服务器。
第三方服务
TimerGlass 不集成任何第三方服务或 SDK。
儿童隐私
TimerGlass 不收集任何用户的数据，包括 13 岁以下的儿童。
